Nestled within woodland along the banks of the great Rufiji River, on your arrival at the park go for an incredible Sunset cruise on our comfortable riverboat, looking at hippos, crocodiles and birds, and enjoying the spectacular sunset over this enormous river. Overnight at Selous Ngalawa Camp (HB).

»» Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere National Park), covers 50,000 square kilometers, is amongst the largest protected areas in Africa and is relatively undisturbed by human impact. The property harbours one of the most significant concentrations of elephant, black rhinoceros, cheetah, giraffe, hippopotamus and crocodile, amongst many other species, also has an exceptionally high variety of habitats include Miombo woodlands, open grasslands, riverine forests and swamps, making it a valuable laboratory.
